
606 Congress, located at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel in South Boston, is proud to announce chef Richard Garcia as its new Executive Chef. Chef Garcia has come from a diverse background of culinary experience through out Massachusetts to the Virgin Islands. His most recent experience comes from the award-winning Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro in Foxboro, MA where he helped to create the restaurant concept and was on the opening team. Chef Garcia will bring modern farm cuisine with regional influences to the menu featuring high-quality, fresh ingredients.
